On freaking “Back to the Future” day of all days, the Chicago Cubs were denied a spot in the World Series, again. It’s been 107 years without an MLB championship for the Cubs and 70 years since the team last made the World Series. That stings.

There’s a lot of sadness in Chicago this morning. We feel for you, Cubs fans.

CORRECTION: This entry previously misstated that Chicago hasn’t won an MLB championship in 107 years. The Chicago White Sox won the World Series in 2005.
